You can have the numbers in front of you and still
not know what deserves attention.
Revenue can look fine while cash feels tight. Several priorities can be competing for the same dollars. A hire, purchase, loan, or slowdown can be sitting there with no clear next move.
That is the work.
What we do
I help you see which decision actually matters right now — cash flow, debt, a business problem, or a bigger goal — and what to do about it.
I review what you already have. We talk it through. You leave with a clearer order of operations, not another pile of advice.
How it starts
The Small Business Financial Checkup is a 75–90 minute working session. I look at your numbers before we meet. Afterward you get a short written summary and next steps.
The cost is $395. If we continue with a 6- or 12-month Thinking Partnership, that amount is credited.
